  • Those who have goals that include sustainable healthy changes to body and mind such as healthy fat loss, increasing muscle strength, improving energy, and building lifestyle habits that will forecast a life without compromise

Who our programmes ARE not suited for:

  • People who just want to get as muscularly big as possible and enjoy beating the hell out of themselves and don't feel like they got a good workout unless they're limping out of the gym or need to excessively sweat. Our goal is building a momentum of consistency without compromise.

  • People who want to do a different, "new" workout every time they go to the gym. Our approach is holistic and progress-driven, and we achieve continuity without boredom or complacency through personalising the program to fit your lifestyle and personality.

  • People who want to lift weights every day. My programs require doing weights 2-3 days a week, 4 max. We do full-body workouts which we believe maximises efficiency.
