Kieran has worked in private practice for the last 10 years after graduating from the University of New South Wales in 2009. He pursued his dream and opened Momentum in 2019, and is looking forward to a breakthrough year on a project that has been years in the making.

Once you get to know Kieran, you’ll realise one thing – he commits. He approaches every client experience with the same level of dedication and motivation as if they were family. Because simply, they are.

When not in the clinic, you can find him with a rod and reel in his hands or exploring as much as this world can offer.

Ian has a background as a chiropractor and strength & conditioning specialist. He utilises his skills to improve all aspects of human performance - for sport, competition and day-to-day activity.

He has extensive experience in sports performance therapy and has worked as a Sports Medicine Performance Therapist for the Chinese Olympic Committee. In Beijing, he was the primary provider for sports medicine care, manual therapy, and performance coaching; providing the highest-level service in preparation for the Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympic Games.

Ian is regularly involved in educational workshops and seminars around Hong Kong and SE Asia, and he is one of few FICS Internationally Certified Sports Chiropractors in Asia.

Ken has a passion for helping people achieve their goals and reach their physical best. If it's important to you, then it's important to him. He loves getting to know his clients and understanding their motivations to support them through their health journey.  

Ken has a strong interest in strength and conditioning, along with all aspects of health and wellbeing. Ken combines these to provide a holistic experience to help you get the most out of life.

Outside of physio work, Ken loves to travel, hike, run, and is aiming to complete his first half Ironman next year.

Dom is a Hongkonger with a real passion for his work. Growing up in this amazing city, he has always been interested in working in the healthcare industry, and so continued chose to study and complete his BSc in Physiotherapy at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Dom loves the outdoors and is keenly active when not at work. He has a particular interest in musculoskeletal injuries and really enjoys learning new ways to improve his client care. He can also speak English, Cantonese & Mandarin.

Since completing her Masters of Science in Physiotherapy in Canada, Aislinn has been employed in the private practice setting working with a variety of clientele. She is a true believer in the combined power of knowledge, movement and manual therapy to help her clients achieve optimal health and wellness. 

Aislinn's strengths lie in treating musculoskeletal concerns of all kinds, with a particular focus in womens and pelvic health. She has completed extensive post-graduate training in pelvic health physiotherapy equipping her to treat a variety of concerns specific to the deep core and pelvic floor. 

When she is not in the clinic, you can find Aislinn running, reading, or baking up a storm. Her goal for this year is to complete her Pilates Instructor Teacher Training to further enhance her clinical skillset.

Alex was born and raised in Toronto, and Canada home for the longest time before packing her bags and taking the plunge to try life on the other side of the world. She moved to Hong Kong in 2019 to continue her professional career, making our city her new home. Professionally, her philosophy is to re-educate you in how your body should move the way it was intended; freely and comfortably. Her individualised and proactive approach to her work gives clients a new sense of freedom in knowing not just what is going on, but also how to prevent it from coming back through our holistic Momentum Method approach.

In her own time, Alex is a keen foodie, exploring as many new restaurants as she can find. She’s also a keen trail runner and yoga goer, and also a lululemon brand ambassador.

Alex can also speak English, Cantonese & Mandarin.

Since moving to Hong Kong in 2008, Adrian’s approach to client care has always involved a combination of his extensive experience in AIS with other hands-on remedies, including deep tissue massage and/or other indirect techniques such as strain-counter-strain, Neurostructural Reintegration Technique (NST), and lymphatic drainage.

His reputation is built on skill and compassion, drawing on his expertise in massage techniques and hands-on treatment of injuries to find the best possible treatment to get clients back on track as soon as possible. He has continued to refine his blend of techniques to treat a wide range of conditions such as strains, sprains, and chronic and acute pain. Such is his commitment to his own personal and professional development.

When out of work, he loves his basketball and skateboarding from a young age, and is also a keen fisherman like Kieran. A man always ready to learn and open to new experiences, share with him your ‘top picks’ as he would love to hear and share.

Brendon Sze

Growing up as an active person, Brendon developed a keen understanding of movement and exercise. This led him to pursue kinesiology before realising his interest in well-rounded rehabilitation. 

Brendon believes that physiotherapy is much more than treating a condition, it is treating a person. People have concerns, goals, and responsibilities that are often affected by injuries. He likes to address these things wholly. 

During his free time, Brendon is avid about bouldering, basketball, and video games (it’s all about balance, right?). He also loves learning about the world, so you’ll find him watching YouTube at 2x speed.

Sheff has a special interest in integrated medicine, physical health and practising mindfulness.

In her down time she can be found at the gym or simply chilling with friends with a cup ( or few) of Sake in hand.

 

Joyce Po

Joyce is the first and last smile you see when you visit Mo. She joined the Mo family at the end of 2021 and has been a great addition to our growing team.

She has a great passion for her work and is very talented behind the scenes, pursuing her interests in craftwork and pottery, languages (she’s been learning Japanese) and music (she plays the violin in an orchestra).
