With 15 years of expertise in fitness and wellness, Louise combines her deep knowledge of Strength and Conditioning, Olympic Weightlifting, Mind-Body Connection, and Behaviour Change for a practical and precise coaching approach. She is passionate about helping people thrive mentally, physically, and emotionally, inspiring meaningful change. Her coaching philosophy revolves around smart, efficient movement and understanding how the body performs. Armed with a BA (Hons) in Sports Studies and a diverse range of certifications, Louise crafts training plans that integrate physical conditioning with neurological optimization and stress management techniques. She empowers clients to recognize the intricate link between physical strength and mental resilience, creating personalized pathways that support holistic performance and wellbeing.
