Strongman

Anja currently holds the title of the Strongest Woman in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. She began her journey into sports relatively late at the age of 31 when she stumbled upon Strongman competitions. With just one group class in a local gym in Hong Kong, she found her passion for the sport. Within four years, she achieved first place overall in China and Hong Kong. Anja aspires to reach her full physical and mental potential and aims to promote strength sports in Asia.

Given the demands of her sport, Anja receives regular body maintenance sessions from Adrian, Ian, and Kieran at Momentum to support her athletic endeavors.
