massage & stretch therapy

Whether it is from hard physical training, a repetitively stressed body from work, or for enhancing your competition preparation, these sessions are great to integrate into your lifestyle each month to enhance your body’s ability to recover faster and optimal your ability to manage physical and mental stress.


physiocoaching

These physiotherapist-led sessions are delivered in a 1-on-1 environment in our strength and conditioning gym. These sessions are sold in packages, and include a self care plan with weekly check-ins. The five (5) primary goals of these sessions are to:

  1. Elevate your physical resilience capacity - Progress your strength, stability, stamina, and resistance to stress

  2. Elevate your athleticism - Increased proprioception and sports-specific training

  3. Achieve lasting progress - Fix the underlying root cause of your pain once and for all

  4. Achieve both musculoskeletal health & fitness goals - Eliminate recurring pain, increase your muscle mass and cardiovascular health, decrease inflammation throughout your body, and improve your gut health

  5. Decrease your physiological & metabolic age - Improve your body composition, lower your BMI, and reduce your risk of lifestyle related diseases like cancer and heart disease.

climbing physiotherapy

A 1-on-1 session with our climbing physio, Brendon. An avid climber who loves helpers fellow climbers improve their ability.

  1. Climber Strength & Mobility Assessment - Come find out where you can improve your climbing performance. We test your finger, grip, and pull strength, assess key joint movement, and provide you with recommendations on what to focus on.

  1. Climber PhysioCoaching - Whether you are recovering from a bad injury or been struggling with a recurring pain that is preventing you from climbing as freely as you would like, these sessions will provide you with the understanding and skills to return to the wall or boulder without worrying about your body’s ability to perform.

 

golf physiotherapy

A 1-on-1 session with our Level 3 Certified TPI Golf Physiotherapy, Dom.

  1. Golf Assessment - Find out where you can improve your body to reduce pain and minimise the limitations on your golf game.

  2. Golf Athlete Assessment - Learn how to elevate your golf game through sports-specific tests & coaching that we use to create practical performance targets and focus points to achieve goals such as increasing club head speed.

  3. Golf PhysioCoaching - Be coached in strength, stability, and power in the gym with a golf-specific physiotherapy session, and learn how to translate that onto the golf course.

 

hyrox physiotherapy

A 1-on-1 session with one of our physiotherapists to help optimise your training sessions, speed up your body’s recovery, and take your next performance to another level.

  1. Hyrox Athlete Assessment - Find out where your body could be holding you back from that next PB and what we can recommend to help you get there!

 

run physiotherapy

A 1-on-1 session our run physios, Aislinn & Ken. Whether you’re new to running or a long-term veteran, these sessions will help keep you away from injuries, limit the niggles, and increase your running performance.

  1. Running Assessment - Test and assess how efficient your body is to handle the stress of your current run training.

  2. Run Athlete Assessment - Enjoy run-specific testing and training advice on how to take your running performance to another level with a takeaway programme to follow with continued communication and advice from our physiotherapy team.

  3. Run PhysioCoaching - Fix the underlying root cause of your pain once and for all

 

lifecare coaching

These sessions look and feel like a personal training session, however these sessions are specifically for those who are looking for a more integrated approach (learn and train at the same time). Many of our existing clients are those who felt lost between the ‘fit care’ world (primarily fitness designed for those under 30) and ‘sick care’ world (told you cannot do something because of your condition but feel better when you are active), as they would commit time and energy to training, but would still be in pain. Our LifeCare coach will open your eyes to a new way to not only take care of your physical, mental and social imbalances, but to also help you become more proactive in building a healthier, wealthier, and more sustainable future for yourself.

neurostructural integration technique (NST)

Neurostructural Integration Technique (NST) targets nerve structures that sets the body’s natural healing process into motion. It is extremely safe and one of the most noticeable effects of receiving an NST treatment is a deep state of relaxation. It is a great treatment for those who have struggled to find relief with other treatments, or don’t respond to painful massage, acupuncture, and other direct forms of manipulation. It can also be used as a regular tool for recovery and pain relief for hard charging professionals or those with advanced conditions or diseases.
